Sacred Music

Sacred Music at the Rosary Shrine

‘The musical tradition of the Universal Church is a treasure of inestimable value, greater even than that of any other art’ —Sacrosanctum Concilium, §112.

The Rosary Shrine Singers

Our Sunday Solemn Mass at 12:00 noon features The Rosary Shrine Singers, a group of professional singers formed in October 2017 to enhance the Sacred Liturgy in our church.

At these Masses, along with other celebrations on certain Solemnities and Feasts, we praise Almighty God with polyphony from the Church’s ‘sacred treasury’ and by singing Gregorian chant in the Dominican tradition.

The Director of the Rosary Shrine Singers is our Associate Director of Music, Matthew Schellhorn. Contact:

We welcome any gifts you wish to make specifically to support the provision of beautiful music to serve the Sacred Liturgy: speak to the Prior, fr Thomas, or email

Support the Shrine

Our vision for the Shrine is for it to become an important centre for promoting the Christian faith through the Holy Rosary. We want to welcome many pilgrims from far and wide and ensure they have a valuable experience that deepens their faith and understanding.
