Lent at the Rosary Shrine

26th February: Ash Wednesday Masses at 7:30am, 10am (with St Dominic’s School), and 6pm. There will be the imposition of ashes at each of these Masses.

7th March: Music for Lent – Pergolesi’s ‘Stabat Mater’ at 7:30pm: We are delighted to welcome back the Bach Players, who will perform this beautiful musical meditation on the sorrows of Our Lady, in the Lady Chapel. Children are very welcome to join the audience. After the concert, the friars invite you for drinks (included in the price of the ticket). 14th March: Celebrity Organ Recital – our monthly organ recitals are a wonderful chance to hear our historic and internationally renowned ‘Father Willis’ organ at its splendid best. This month features a special concert given by international concert organist Nigel Allcoat. He will play his own Stabat Mater with plainchant and improvisations. Admission free – retiring collection.

21st March: Eucharistic Rosary Procession with healing prayers at 7pm after the Saturday Vigil Mass.
