Help sustain the mission of the Shrine
Our vision for the Shrine is for it to become an important centre for promoting the Christian faith through the Holy Rosary. We want to welcome many pilgrims from far and wide and ensure they have a valuable experience that deepens their faith and understanding.
To achieve this, we need to make several key expenditures:
- Improvements to facilities for hosting pilgrims
- Continuing the renovation of the Rosary-themed side chapels
- Ensuring we have people to welcome pilgrims, to support the smooth running of the shrine, and to support musical and other cultural activities
Any donations you make will be used for the development of the Shrine in this way.

Larger Gifts
If you would like to talk to us about making a major gift, for example paying for the restoration of a whole side chapel, please contact us.
Making a Gift through your Will
People are usually limited in the amounts they can give to good causes during their lifetime. But often they are able to give more support through their Will. Once you have made sure to provide for any dependants or others you wish to help by means of your Will, do please consider if you could leave something to St Dominic’s parish. Legacies have been a big help to the parish in the past and can often help us to take forward larger projects for maintaining or improving the church.
You can read more about leaving a legacy here.
We strongly recommend that you contact the bursar at St Dominic’s priory to discuss making a legacy.
