Choral Eucharistic Healing Service

You are warmly invited to our always popular choral Eucharistic Healing Service which will be held on Saturday 15 March 2025 at 7.15pm. All are welcome.
Masses with imposition of ashes will take place at 7.30am (Lady Chapel), 10am, and 6pm (Solemn Mass). We hope you can join us.
A new initiative here in the UK is the Lay Mission Project. There will be an info session on Sunday 16 March at 1.15pm in the Parish Hall. Lunch is provided and a donation of £5 is requested. You can sign-up for the day here.
Each week in Lent this year, we will be airing the 6 episodes of the series on The Creed by Bishop Robert Barron and produced by Word on Fire. This will be at 7.15 in the parish hall on the dates listed on the poster. If you or someone else is interested in becoming a Catholic, please do come along and make yourself known to Fr Joseph, the parish priest. A recommended donation of £5 is suggested to help cover costs.
Join us on Fridays in Lent at 5.15pm for Stations of the Cross, which will replace recitation of the Rosary and Adoration of the Blessed Sacrament. Confession as usual from 5pm.
Lent is a time of repentance, of turning back to the Lord. We can do this in a whole variety of ways, not least by availing ourselves of the sacrament of Reconciliation (Confession) available daily at St Dominic’s – The Rosary Shrine. This Lent there will be a number of events which will hopefully help you enter more deeply into the faith you profess, from the study of scripture to music. May the Lord bless you as we soon begin this penitential season in preparation for the great feast of Easter.
In addition to the usual programme of Confessions and Mass at St Dominic’s – The Rosary Shrine, we have a number of other events happening, from concerts by the Southwell Consort and the renowned Purcell School Chamber Choir, to study of the Book of Jonah led by Fr Matthew Jarvis OP and catechetical film nights looking at the Creed. We hope you can join us this Lent!
In March, The Southwell Consort will present a concert of awe-inspiring choral music composed for the Sistine Chapel in Rome for the most sacred season of the Triduum: the liturgies of the Last Supper, Crucifixion and Resurrection of Christ.
Join us during Lent to commemorate the Holy Year of 2025 at the Priory Church of St Dominic, Haverstock Hill. The Southwell Consort, led by Jeremy Summerly, will bring to life the glorious sounds of Renaissance Rome and the poignant compositions of Palestrina, Allegri, Victoria and Morales.
